AWESOME 300 DUMBBELL WORKOUT

If you are a bit short of time but still want to give yourself a workout that will be challenging to finish, and work all your muscles and conditioning levels to the max, check this one out.


 It's called the Dumbbell 300 Workout Challenge, thanks to Funk Roberts. All you need are two dumbbells, and an exercise mat. This is what you will be doing:

25 V-UPS
50 SNATCHES (25 PER SIDE)
25 PUSHUPS
50 SWINGS
50 BURPEES
50 CLEAN AND PRESS
50 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

All the above will total 300 repetitions.

I tired it out and man! It was tough! Managed to complete the whole thing in about 23 minutes, using  relatively light 12kg dumbbells. Felt that my whole body was worked, as well as cardio (due to the killer burpee round - I hate those!).
